EFORWEB is not a hosting company but a web design and digital marketing agency; we don’t sell hosting packages. We offer our clients domain, hosting and email from a single source as a managed service, and we also serve businesses that only want hosting. We open your account on our own servers, set it up and provide technical support afterwards.
We keep track of the technical work so that your site loads fast, stays secure and your email works smoothly; you focus on your business.
Domain
Domain registration
We handle domain searches, registration, renewal and transfer, including .com, .net and .tr extensions. The domain is always registered in your company’s name and is your property; if you wish, we hand over the management details to you.
Hosting
Managed hosting and technical support
We determine the resources and setup according to your site’s needs and open the account on our own servers; setup, migration and solving technical problems are part of the service. All our servers are in data centres in Türkiye; we use the Linux operating system, fast SSD drives and up-to-date server technology.
- Regular backups: daily, weekly or monthly depending on the size of the account and how often it is updated; backups are kept for at least one month
- Firewall and regular malware scanning; automatic response when a threat is detected
- Up-to-date PHP and database versions compatible with the software you use
- Optional DNS management and acceleration with Cloudflare; during heavy attacks or bot traffic we switch on the protection layer immediately so your site stays reachable
Email, SSL, maintenance, migration
Business email
Business email addresses in the form name@yourcompany.com add credibility to your business. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC records correctly so your emails don’t end up in the recipient’s junk folder, configure the accounts on your phones and computers and, when necessary, move your old emails to the new server.
SSL certificate
An SSL certificate encrypts the connection between the visitor’s browser and your site; that is why https and the padlock icon appear in the address bar. Browsers show a “Not secure” warning on sites without SSL; for pages with forms and payments, SSL is essential. We install SSL on the sites we host and renew it automatically; where organisation validation is needed, we assess paid certificate options together. A free SSL certificate is standard.
Website maintenance
A live website needs regular maintenance. On the sites we host, software and plugin updates and security work are our responsibility: on frequently updated platforms automatic updates are switched on; we also make updates that could create security gaps ourselves through regular checks. Content updates (text, images, products) are outside this scope.
Website and email migration
We move your website and email from another company without interruption. Before the move we copy the DNS records one to one, make the switch at a low-traffic hour and complete email sending and receiving tests.

In whose name is my domain registered?
Always in your company’s name. The domain is your business’s digital property; if you wish, we hand over the management details to you.
Can I get hosting only?
Yes. Even if another company built your site, we can provide hosting and email for you; we only check that the server meets the site’s technical requirements.
Do you have hosting packages?
No. We are not a hosting company and we don’t sell from a list of ready-made packages; we open an account according to your site’s needs and provide technical support. Domain and hosting fees are invoiced annually and updated every year.
Is business email included in hosting?
Standard email service is included in hosting. Business email that needs more accounts, storage or extra features is priced separately according to need.
Is an SSL certificate necessary?
Yes. It is required for forms that collect personal data and for payment pages; in addition, browsers show a “Not secure” warning on sites without SSL, which damages visitor trust.
Will I lose my emails when hosting is moved?
Not if it is planned correctly. We transfer your existing emails to the new server and switch DNS without interruption.
