How is the price of custom software determined?
The number of screens and features, user roles and integrations determine how long and how difficult the work is. Once the scope document is complete, we give a fixed project price based on this estimate; we have no standard package prices. The development fee is paid once; there is no annual licence fee.
Who owns the source code?
For software developed specifically for you, the source code and the right of use belong to you. Cases where you only buy the right to use software we developed ourselves are defined in a separate contract.
Can it integrate with our existing system?
Yes, if the system has an API or a data transfer method. In the analysis phase we clarify whether the integration is possible and what it will cost.
Do you provide support after the software goes live?
Yes. Under a maintenance agreement we take on security updates, backups, bug fixes and small improvements. This support is optional; it is not an annual licence fee.
Do you build mobile apps?
Yes, on request; we can develop a mobile app or a web app that works like an app on the phone (PWA). For most businesses, however, a mobile-friendly website or web software that runs in the browser is a more economical and faster investment; we discuss your needs and assess together which one fits.
